Fran Grady is one of the area’s top performers in residential and land Real Estate and an involved, active community citizen.
Fran was born and raised in California; she has lived in Acton for 19 years and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. Her enthusiasm and her knowledge of Acton’s Real Estate lend a sense of calm to the often confusing task of buying or selling.

She helped organize and run the “Acton Pageant” for 5 years. She has organized many charity events and is a “Friend of Acton Park”, and always sponsors many events of the children of Acton.
